With roots dating back to 1817, Den Gamle Købmandsgård is a unique piece of history that brings back memories of days gone by. We are, of course, the oldest grocery store on Rømø. We offer our visitors charming surroundings steeped in tradition and history that you won’t find anywhere else. Den Gamle Købmandsgård is family-owned by Peter and Marianne, who have run the place since 2001.

We offer a wide selection of groceries – all year round

At Den Gamle Købmandsgård, it is a priority for us to offer a wide range of products to our customers in both high and low season. 365 days a year, we offer a large and varied selection of meat, vegetables, fresh baked goods and much more. We also offer a selection of organic goods and gluten- and lactose-free products.
